The Good Molecules Pineapple Exfoliating Powder launched a couple of weeks ago, and it instantly reminded me of one of my holy grail skincare products. For me, their products were kind of a mixed bag: I really enjoy their niacinimide serum, but the pineapple exfoliating powder stung my face. I’ve loved the Dermalogica Microfoliant for around 15 years now, but it’s so pricey so when I saw this version from Good Molecules… Packaged in dark brown bottle, this fragrance-free powder has a silky, ultra-fine texture. That being said, I … How does the Good Molecules Pineapple Exfoliating Powder compare to… Pixi Hydrating Milky Peel Pixis version is not an enzymatic peel, but rather a very gentle physical exfoliant, but both appear to be similar in effect on my skin: Gentle to the point where the results are very subtle, but easy to use on even sensitive or irritated skin. Also, it might just be user error, but I found the niacinimide toner to be quite sticky, so I don’t reach for it often. Good Molecules’ Pineapple Exfoliating Powder is an okay option for physical exfoliation - with a few ingredient missteps that keep it from being one we strongly recommend.
